Patrick is an international business executive and “intrapreneur” with 20+ years of experience in delivering outstanding performance in complex and culturally diverse environments. Having grown up in Germany he spent most of his professional life living and working in Belgium, France, the United States and is now based out of Dubai, UAE since 2010.

 

In his tenure for a global international software company he held global and regional sales leadership roles managing a multi-billion-dollar business. He also excelled in intrapreneur roles that were focusing on innovation, incubating new ideas and products as well as acting as a change agent, driving organizational change that enable new growth opportunities.

In his last role Patrick developed and implemented a Sales Leadership Development Program for the Middle-East Africa Region that help leaders to attain mastery in sales leadership roles.

 

1:1 coaching of the senior leaders was a critical part of the program and the foundation of its success. Patrick has helped 120+ leaders on their way to improve their leadership skills, adjust their management styles, drive change and transformation, and helped them to improve their careers and manage career transitions.

 

Patrick’s unique coaching style has led his clients to also seek coaching in their private lives: He is also adept at growing his clients with issues such as stress management and burnout, work life balance, finding their own true north and therefor enabling them to live a more authentic life in alignment with their personal values and ethics.

Patrick is very passionate about people and personal growth, and about creating transformational change in his clients. He is attracted by new challenges and novel ideas: having fun at what he does is very important to him and is a major criteria in his career and life decisions.
